Jeannie Espinosa, CPA

Jeannie has been providing accounting services since the mid 1990’s. She started her career while attending Miami Dade College in a small local accounting firm assisting small business and individuals with the bookkeeping and tax accounting needs. After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Florida International University, she works for 5 years as a senior auditor at Grant Thornton LLP.
She has been using her experience to not only assist closely held business and individuals with their tax and accounting compliance, but most importantly to understand what all those numbers and requirements mean to help them financially success. Jeannie takes satisfaction in seeing her clients succeed financially while maintaining their integrity!
Jeannie enjoys donating to non-profit organizations, especially St. Jude Children’s Hospital and have been a proud donor and supporter for over 20 years. She is a baseball mom, so you can find her on a baseball field in her free time.

Max A. Adams attended New York University and later obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Miami. He attended Law School at the District of Columbia School of Law and University of Richmond. He is the founder and CEO of MediSolutions Group, LLC which is comprised of The MediLaw Firm, MA Financial and MediFinancial Services. He has been in the financial/insurance industry since 1995.
